The 3rd China-Central and Eastern European Expo and International Consumer Goods Expo were held from May 16th to 20th, 2023 in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. The exhibition featured three main areas: the Central and Eastern European Exhibition, International Consumer Goods Exhibition, and the Year-round Exhibition of Central and Eastern European Commodities. The Year-round Exhibition of Central and Eastern European Commodities, located in Hall 9 of the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center, known as the "365 Days Never-ending" venue, held its Phase 2 opening ceremony on the evening of May 15th.

Under the guidance and supervision of relevant authorities including including the Ministry of Commerce of China, China Customs, and Ningbo Import Commodity Center, Ningshing Ubay's Cross-border New Retail O2O Store for Central and Eastern European Goods celebrated its grand opening during the third China-Central and Eastern European Countries Expo in Ningbo. Located on the first and second floors of Hall 9 in the Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center, Ningshing Ubay has created an experiential showcase for Central and Eastern European cross-border goods.
