On November 5, 2021, the first day of the Fourth CIIE, Ningshing Ubay and Samyang foods held the signing ceremony of Samyang China equity joint venture in Seoul, South Korea. Ivy Shi, general manager of Ningbo Free Trade Zone Ningshing Ubay International Trade Co., Ltd. and Jin Tingxiu, president of Samyang Foods Co., LTD., signed the ceremony on behalf of both companies.
Since 2019, Ningshing Ubay as the general agent of Samyang foods in China for three years. Ubay has been actively implementing and supporting the development of Samyang brand in China, and has achieved peak performance again and again. The two sides have made mutual benefit and win-win efforts to enhance the brand value, improve the market share, and open up a broader world. In order to better promote the development, the two sides set up a joint venture in Shanghai, which will be committed to brand promotion, market expansion, product research and development and other key work.
