In 2022, the third year of COVID-19, there are many special events in the global macro political and economic environment, and great changes have taken place in all walks of life. Many enterprises with weak core competitiveness and weak management team are gradually disappearing. It has been a tough year for ordinary people and business owners.

For Ningshing Ubay, it also faces a lot of management difficulties in 2022. Of course, this is also a good time to seriously consider the transformation and upgrading of enterprises and make breakthroughs again. In the future, more competitive, more diversified development and more solid comprehensive strength are very important factors for enterprises to maintain long-term stable existence. Especially in such social environment, enterprise confidence and team are gold. We should be more confident and actively develop the market, maintain the internal stability of the company, ready for the next take-off.

Ningshing Ubay Company is in the consumer goods industry. Teamwork and supply chain integration are important in both cross-border and general trading patterns, and in both import and export business. Any strategy of fighting alone, without structure, planning and breakthrough, can lead to lose. 2023 will be the year of full liberalization after COVID-19. Environmental and industrial turbulence continues, but risks and opportunities coexist.
