As the summer heat gradually yields to gentle breezes, on August 29, 2023, the 2023 Ningshing Ubay new employee induction training was successfully launched. This comprehensive training program brought together over 80 new recruits from Ningshing Ubay and its subsidiary companies.

01 - Welcoming "New" Faces | Leadership Address

Although Mrs. Shi Chenjia, the General Manager of Ningshing Ubay, couldn't be here in person due to work commitments, she took special care to record a video message extending her warm welcome to the new employees. She stated, "Even small dreams can transform into great sources of energy. All it requires is the courage to explore, dedicated action, and fearlessness in the face of challenges. While achieving your goals may not be an easy task, remember that life is something you must take control of. I eagerly anticipate seeing each of you pouring your efforts into your respective roles and transforming your ideals into reality!"

02 - Tailored "New" Beginnings | Empowering Enterprises

Mr. Yuan Jiayi, Ubay’s HR Manager, delivered an insightful presentation about the company's growth trajectory, corporate culture, and business ecosystem. This comprehensive overview of Ningshing Ubay provided new team members with a deeper understanding of the "Big Ningshing Ubay." The training also featured an interactive quiz segment, which, fueled by the active participation and enthusiastic responses of the attendees, heightened the excitement in the room.

03 - "New" Sparks Ignite | Brand Insights

Mrs. Yan Shuangyue, Ubay’s Business Center Manager,  took everyone on an intriguing business expedition featuring the diverse range of brands from various countries currently partnering with Ubay, spanning South Korean, Japanese, New Zealand, and American brands. Using excerpts from South Korean dramas and informative product introduction videos, she effectively captured the attendees’attention. The presentation was rich in content, delivered dynamically, and infused with humor, reaching the peak of audience engagement!

04 - "New" Aspirations Realized | Leadership's Words of Wisdom

Mr. Cao Xudong, Vice General Manager of Ningshing Ubay, brought this training program to a successful close. He commended the highly successful nature of the training, noting the active participation and deep engagement of the new trainees. He encouraged everyone to maintain their eagerness for learning, which would help them progress continually in their careers. Mr. Cao also shared his personal career journey, offering valuable insights and wisdom to the new employees for a lifetime of professional growth!

05 - "New" Unity Forged | On-Site Exploration

In the afternoon, a special visit was arranged for the trainees to our two offline stores located in Hankyu Shopping Mall in Ningbo and the Ubay Logistics warehouse. This hands-on experience allowed them to gain a deeper understanding of our operations.

06 - Setting Sail Anew | A Fulfilling Conclusion

The conclusion of the induction training marks the commencement of a fresh chapter in the careers of our new employees. With dreams kindled in their hearts, determination shining in their eyes, a clear path before them, and the skills to navigate it, we encourage our new colleagues to fully embrace our ethos of “being action-oriented”.
