On August 2-4, in order to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the founding of Ningshing Ubay and improve team cohesion, Ningshing Ubay organized a team building activity of "Five Years of Endeavor· Ubay Flying High In Future" in Xiamen. More than 70 Ningshing Ubay employees participated in the event.
This activity started in line with the principle of "breaking the boundaries of departments and promoting employee communications", then the activity groups were divided, the team leaders were elected, and the pre-departure meeting was held, which was organized in a planned and step-by-step manner.
On the high-speed train to Xiamen, there were talent shows, group quizzes and other activities. After arriving in Xiamen, the team visited Jimei School Village, Zengcuo'an, Gulangyu Island, South Putuo and other famous scenic spots in Xiamen. On the afternoon of the 3rd, on the beach of Gulangyu Island, group activities such as Qunlongqushui, shiatsu board rope skipping and tug-of-war were held in groups to fully test the cooperation awareness, collective sense of honor and team cohesion of each group. In one of the rounds of tug-of-war, the two teams were evenly matched. The game was stalemate for nearly five minutes. At the moment when the winner was finally decided, the audience was moved and applauded.
Due to the hot weather, a girl suffered from severe heatstroke after the expansion. Under the quick decision of the general manager Shi Chenjia, the boys of the company carried the girl on their backs and sent her to the hospital. All the other girls gave her tender and warm care. This fully reflects the warmth of the team and the deep love of colleagues.
On the return train, the strangeness among the group members who were randomly assigned at the beginning of the activity already disappeared now. There were constant "kind provocations" and laughting among the groups. Although everyone got tired during the team building due to the hot weather, the hearts of team members got closer.
